My first one arrived damaged,
My first one arrived damaged, these things happen. I emailed Bell about it with pictures and they immediately sent me a replacement. The new one arrived really fast. My first Curtain lasted about 2 years.

Fell apart during fitting
Bought all new parts for my BELL Race Star helmet as mine were all dirty and smelly. Everything else fitted perfectly but the ‘neck curtain’ just crumbled away! I’ve put the original back on until I can get another. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

Leather came apart instantly
Leather disentegrated during removal of item from the plastic ziploc packaging. Looks terrible and I'm extremely disappointed. Its as if it was sitting in sun for years and then packaged and shipped to me. the foam that came with helmet when i first bought looks like new compared to the new one. I purchased all new foam and everything else is perfect but this piece is absolutely infuriating. Could not be more disappointed in this product. Fits fine though....
