Bio
Tyler Bereman (born August 27, 1991) is an American Freestyle Motocross rider and 11-time X Games medalist. Born into a motorcycle family in Templeton, California, Bereman was raised to ride by both his father and grandfather, getting on his first dirt bike at the age of four. By eight, he had legend Jeremy McGrath painted on his bedroom wall and at ten he started racing motocross. In 2010, Bereman won an AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship. He raced on the supercross circuit from 2013 to 2016 earning two 250SX West Top 20s and one 250SX East Top 20. In 2013, Bereman even competed for the first time at the X Games in Moto X Racing, but he had known all along that all he wanted to do was jump, so eventually he made the switch.
In 2019, Bereman won his first gold medal at X Games Minneapolis, and in 2020 he became the host, producer, and lead athlete for the Red Bull Imagination freeride motocross competition. At his hallmark event, he took home 1st place in 2020, and 2nd place in both 2021 and 2022—barely edged out by Axell “Slay” Hodges both years. Now residing in Murrieta, California, Bereman has broken into the stunt performance industry with his role in an episode of Fox's Lethal Weapon TV series. He is a member of the Fasthouse crew and rides a fully custom-built KTM.
